*We allow you to have a substitute attend in your place. Name changes are accepted 48 hours prior to the event.

  The cost of your private retreat will be determined by the length of your stay, use of the facility, and any meals provided by the CRC. Meals only provided when groups are onsite, since running a kitchen for a single retreatant is not feasible. Private Retreatants are given a room with bedroom, living space that include a mini-fridge and microwave, and bathroom. Payment must be made to hold your date and space for your Retreat.   After you have filled out the application form, a reference check with your pastor or spiritual director will be conducted before confirming your private retreat. In certain cases, we reserve the right to request a personal interview prior to confirming your schedule. If space is available, we will make every effort to honor your request.
  
  A Private Retreat should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.
  
  The CRC is an alcohol, drug, and weapon-free facility. People making a private retreat agree to abide by these policies. No loud outdoor amplification devices are allowed.
  
  I consent to participation in activities at the Christian Renewal Center, and acknowledge my participation is voluntary. I release the Christian Renewal Center, Inc. and its staff and volunteers of all liability and other consequences related to my participation (including any injury). I accept all financial responsibility for any medical treatment required by myself or those in my retreat party. I agree to fully abide by all rules, regulations, and direction from the Christian Renewal Center and its staff and volunteers, release Christian Renewal Center from liability for my failure to cooperate with regulations and agree that my infraction of rules, regulations, and directions may result in immediate dismissal from Christian Renewal Center at my expense. I understand Christian Renewal Center follows state and federal guidelines regarding cleaning and infection control, agree to inform Christian Renewal Center if I or anyone at Christian Renewal Center exhibit signs of illness, and acknowledge the risk of contracting an illness at Christian Renewal Center.
