What you need to know:
The various kinds of retreats that come to the CRC can be divided into two basic categories:
These are planned and executed by church groups, staffs, or other groups or individuals for which the CRC provides the meals and/or venue.
If you are interested in booking a Hosted Retreat at the CRC, and need to check availability for preferred dates, pricing, other options, or have questions concerning retreats or other events, please contact Kris Bright or Lea Martinez-Mendez by email, or by calling the CRC at (281) 337-1312.
CRC SPONSORED RETREAT:
The CRC provides for all aspects of the event; including marketing, bringing in presenters, food and ammenities.
(Occasionally, events/retreats can be co-sponsored by the CRC together with another group.)
If you need more information about CRC Sponsored Retreats, Events, Programs, or information about our Ambassadors, please contact Bob Basye or Ana Glaze by email, or by calling the CRC at (281) 337-1312.
How to prepare:
There are many things to do when preparing for a hosted retreat at the CRC. We have conveniently provided the following list in order to assist you.
The hall setup plan-o-grams are provided for St. Eugene Hall, Marian Hall, Oblate Hall and Gerard Hall so that you can plan the layout of your retreat. This also includes an Audio/Visual setup as well.
A few things you may want to consider.....
You may request to use the bonfire pit during your stay. There is $75 charge for 2 hours. If you go over your two hours then there is a $25 per additional hour fee. There is a 10pm curfew when using the bonfire.
If you have booked Oblate Hall and would like to reserve our pool during your retreat then you may reserve it for a deposit of $150.00. If there aren't any damages to the pool during your stay, we will gladly give you a full refund of the deposit.
