A. PRICES: Prices are based on double occupancy for rooms or 12 people per lodge. Please reference attached price list (page 7). Taxes will be charged for non-tax exempt groups. Discounts are available if your group would like to stay more than 3 nights. A 5% discount will be offered for 4 or 5 night bookings and a 10% discount for 6 or more nights. This per person rental rate will be calculated by adding together rental rate prices to reach your desired nights/meals/Hall accommodation and then taking the appropriate discount.

Ex: 5 nights/14 meals/Eugene Hall $190 +140 = $330*0.05 (discount) = $313.50/per person

B. DEPOSIT: A $500 deposit or 25% ($ ) of the entire rental fee (whichever is greater) must be received by CRC along with this contract to secure your reservation (the deposit applies towards your total charge). Deposit checks should be made payable to CRC Partners, Inc.     

This signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your reservation. Rates are subject to change with 90 day prior written notification unless CRC holds a signed contract from you.

C. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations up to 120 days prior to the rental date will be $500 of the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 120 days from the rental date will require a 40% payment of the minimum amount due (listed above); the previous collected deposit will be used towards this percentage. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the reservation will require 50% of the minimum amount due (listed above); the previous collected deposit will be used towards this percentage. This amount is payable upon cancellation. The group will also be liable for any legal and/or collection fees incurred by the CRC to enforce this contract. All cancellations must be in writing.

D. GROUP NUMBERS: We need your final number count 14 days before the rental date; this includes day guests so appropriate food amounts may be prepared. Your bill will be calculated based on your final count or contract minimum, whichever is greater. So be as accurate as possible. A complete list with full names of overnight guests and lodging assignments must be received in our office no later than forty eight (48) hours of arrival. NOTE: any Day Guests must notify the CRC office upon their arrival.

E. FINAL PAYMENT: Final settlement of the balance is due upon arrival.
