MEALS: Our Food Service Director designs the menu for each meal. Meals are served buffet-style in the Dining Hall. All meals are served with coffee and water. Lunch and dinner are served with salad bar and punch and ice tea. Breakfast is served with orange juice. Since all guests are welcome to come back to the buffet line for second helpings, it is a good idea to make sure your group arrives on time for meals when scheduled. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a good selection or quantity of food items if there are other groups on property. No food may be taken from the Dining Hall.
| Meals are usually served at the following times, though we reserve the right to adjust times in advance in order to accommodate the majority. We understand some groups may need a later dinner time than 6:30 pm so we offer those groups a box dinner option – salad bar with chicken or tuna salad, deli meats, etc. Please ensure your group honors these meal times. |

Breakfast: 8:00 am Lunch: 12:00 pm Dinner: 6:00 pm; 6:30 pm on first day of arrival if requested in advance.
If members of your group have any special dietary needs including guests who are vegetarians, or have diabetes or allergies, we will do what we can to meet those needs if the group leader informs us 14 days in advance. The food line is taken down 45 minutes after scheduled serving time.
If you will be preparing your own meals in the lodge kitchen, the lodge kitchen contains a small four-burner gas stove with oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator with freezer space. There are no pots, pans or cooking utensils. There is a $150 refundable cleaning deposit which will be returned if you do clean the kitchen after your usage.
SNACKS: Groups may request snack trays or sodas to be provide at specified time points for an additional fee.
Meals are included with rental of meeting halls. Additional meals maybe added as $6.oo for breakfast, $8.00 lunch and $10.00 dinner. Check the Room Rates and Conference Halls pages for more details.
